Chad W. Eaton was born in Liberty, Texas. He received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, his Masters in Public Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business and his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and in the United District Court's Northern District of Texas. Chad is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Dallas Bar Association. He was selected as a Rising Star as rated by Super Lawyers for 2021, 2022, and 2023. His core practice is personal injury litigation.
Chad lives in Dallas with his wife Amy and daughters Eleanor and Elizabeth.
Brandon Samuels was born in Los Angeles, California but moved to Dallas, Texas in 2018. He earned his Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Colorado Technical University. After completing his undergraduate program, he joined the U.S. Army, and served the country on active duty as a Paralegal Specialist for 5 years and then served in the Army Reserves for 3 years. During his service, he worked in the Special Victims Prosecution unit where he assisted victims of family violence. After his time on active duty, he worked for the federal agency the Merit Systems Protection Board as a Paralegal Specialist and worked for the quasi judicial body directly under the guidance of administrative judges for 3 years. In 2021, Brandon was accepted to the University of North Texas, Dallas College of Law, as a first generation attorney where he earned his J.D., in 2024. He has been a member of the Rolle Eaton Law team since 2023.
